Peter Mathis aka Peter The Human Boy is a self-confessed slow rocker and harbors an audible fondness for nostalgic lyrics, vintage synthesizers and last but not least DIY spirit. Self-produced debut album Goodbye Summer arrived in Fall 2019 as a dreamy beach bar mixtape of surf rock and bedroom pop. Indie artists like Mac Demarco, Kevin Parker (Tame Impala), Natalie Mering (Weyes Blood) have left clear marks on the multi-instrumentalist.
Live, the 28-year-old Vorarlberg native brings his songs across the stage together with his bandmates Erika Schweighofer, Gabriel Fischer, Patrick Stieger and Jannik Rieß as an experimental quintet.
