at Bonnaroo and Austin City Limits, and a national (Xfinity) commercial airing onthe Olympics and the Super Bowl.
Living and recording together out of their downtown LA warehouse, Sego
“Art-punk by non-punk non-artists,” Utah-bred and Los Angeles–based Sego have placed their music and performances in a national Xfinity campaign airing during the Olympics and the Super Bowl, as well as a Jack Daniel’s campaign featuring their music. The band has appeared at major festivals including Bonnaroo, Austin City Limits, Treefort, and SXSW. Sego have toured internationally and shared stages with Warpaint, OK Go, iDKHOW, Vacationer, Magic City Hippies, and Rubblebucket. Their work has earned critical attention from NPR, Paste, Rolling Stone Mexico, BMI, and Consequence of Sound, alongside early tastemaker support from Kitsuné. They’ve also been featured multiple times on high-profile performance platforms including Audiotree, Daytrotter, Jam in the Van, and The Wild Honey Pie. Known for inventive, immersive live performances, Sego’s catalog—Once Was Lost Now Just Hanging Around, Sego Sucks, and TANDANG—has helped cement their reputation as a “thinking man’s moshpit” band navigating Utah roots and LA life.
